摘 要:提出了一种开关磁阻电动机的无位置起动方法。起动前对电机三相绕组注入短时电压脉冲,根据响应电流和绕组电感的关系,确定初始导通相。一相导通时,非导通相继续保持电压脉冲的注入,通过比较非导通相的响应电流,确定电机的换相点,实现电机三相轮流导通,从而完成电机的起动过程。在此基础上,增设阀值比较环节,消除了电感下降区的误导通信号,从而避免了负转矩的产生。仿真与实验结果表明,该方法可以实现三相开关磁阻电机的无位置传感器起动,使电机从静止达到一定转速,从而验证了所提方案的可行性。A new sensorless control method of switched reluctance motor(SRM) for start-up was proposed. Before the start-up, each phase was excited in sequence with a narrow voltage pulse. According to the relationship of resultant current and phase inductance, the initial conduction phase was determined. The unexcited phases was injected with the voltage pulse when the excited phase conducts, and the three phases was excited in turn to complete the start-up. The signal of mis -conduction was eliminated by a current threshold, and the negative torque was avoided. The start-up of SRM was realized without position sensor to make the motor run at a certain speed. Simulation and experiment validate the feasibility of the proposed method.
