摘 要:基于限制传统惯性导航系统的转角大加速度问题,设计了一种具有横滚隔离功能的单轴稳定平台伺服控制系统,其实质是一种高精度位置伺服系统。以DSP TMS320F2812为基础,在重点介绍其硬件和软件实现的同时,对平台的电磁干扰防护设计进行了详细研究,并针对实验过程中出现的一个由编码器引发的特殊电磁干扰问题进行了研究和实验,实验结果表明经过电磁干扰防护设计,系统抗干扰能力增强,并具有跟踪能力强、响应速度快、控制精度高诸多优点。A roll-isolated servo control system for signal-axis stable platform was designed to resolve the problem that was difficult to apply a traditional inertial navigation system to some carries for its high spin rate, which was a kind of high precision servo system. The hardware system and software system design were discussed based on DSP of TMS320F2812. The electromagnetic interference(EMI) problem of the platform and its protecting measurements were discussed. A special problem caused by encoder was analyzed and solved. The experiments show that the system has strong anti-interference ability, quick response, high precision and strong tracking ability.
