鸡胚接种虎杖醇提取液后对新城疫病毒的抑制作用

摘　　要：为研究虎仗对新城疫病毒的抑制作用,用鸡胚培养法和血凝试验测定中药虎仗醇提液对鸡新城疫病毒的作用效果。结果显示,Ⅰ组接种病毒尿囊液与虎杖醇提液,HA滴度0。Ⅱ组接种病毒尿囊液与盐酸金刚烷胺混合液,HA滴度5lg2。Ⅲ组接种病毒尿囊液与生理盐水混合液,HA滴度9lg2。Ⅳ组不接种病毒尿囊液、不给药、HA滴度0。Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组差异极显著(P<0.01),Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05)。可见,虎仗醇提液对鸡胚无毒性作用;虎仗醇提液与病毒同时接种鸡胚,能完全抑制鸡新城疫病毒在鸡胚中的增殖。In order to study the effect of Polygonum cuspidatum alcohol extract on Newcastle disease virus, SPF chicken embryo culture and hemagglutination test were used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Polygonum cuspidatum alcohol extract on newcastle disease virus. There are 4 groups in the test, in group I , virus allantoic fluid and Polygonum cuspidatum alcohol extract were inoculated, and HA was 0. In group 1I , the virus allantoic fluid with amantadine hydrochloride mixture was inoculated, and HA was 51g2. In group Ⅲ , virus allantoic fluid and normal saline solution were inoculated, and HA was 91g2. In group IV, no inoculation, HA was 0. The group I and group Ⅲ had extremely significant difference （P〈0.01）, the group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ had significant difference （P〈 0.05 ）. The result showed that the Polygonum cuspidatum alcohol extract had no side-effect on SPF chicken embryo. Synchronous inoculating of SPF chicken embryo with the Polygonum cuspidatum alcohol extract and virus allantoic fluid could completely inhibit the reproduction of newcastle disease virus in SPF chicken embryo.
