芬兰林业管理对我国集体林区森林资源管理的启示

摘　　要：通过对芬兰林业政府管理机构、民间管理机构和林业管理理念的分析,总结了芬兰林业管理在满足林主需求、建立林主组织和科研服务生产方面的经验做法,提出了我国在集体林区加强森林资源管理的3点建议:1)强化森林管理和科技服务部门之间的密切合作;2)鼓励民间建立林农合作组织;3)加强林业实用性技术研究和成果推广。According to the analysis of the official forestry management organizations,forest owners＇ associations and forestry management ideas in Finland,we summed up some experiences and practices of Finland forest management to meet the requirement of forest owners,the forest owners＇ organization and scientific research service production.Three suggestions are given on how to strengthen the forest resources management of collective forest area in China：（1） Strengthening the close cooperation between forest management organizations and science technology service departments;（2） Encouraging the establishment of forest farmers＇ cooperative organizations;（3） Strengthening the research and extension of practical technologies.
