摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤分子靶向治疗中的规范化护理流程管理方法。方法结合临床护理工作,从护理团队、药物使用细则、患者知识教育等方面进行规范护理流程。结果 107例接受分子靶向治疗的患者,105例顺利完成治疗,另2例中断治疗。结论统一规范化的护理流程管理能减少护理失误,提高患者用药安全,保证护理成果高效性。Objective To explore the standardized administration of nursing procedures in molecular targeted anti - cancer therapy. Methods The standardized nursing procedure of molecular targeted anti -cancer therapy was based on our clinical nursing experience, which was conducted via aspects of nursing team, medication regulation and patient health education. Results Among the 107 patients who received molecular targeted anti - cancer, 105 patients completed their therapy success- fully and 2 patients broke off. Conclusion Standardized administration of nursing procedures in mo- lecular targeted anti - cancer therapy can reduce nursing mistakes, increase medication safety, and as- sures the nursing efficiency.
