摘　　要：目的探讨林可霉素利多卡因凝胶联合西瓜霜喷剂在化疗药所致皮肤溃烂中的疗效观察。方法对16例化疗药所致皮肤溃烂患者使用林可霉素利多卡因凝胶联合西瓜霜喷剂外敷治疗,观察其对皮肤感染的疗效。结果 16例患者皮肤溃烂愈合良好,无功能障碍,生活质量明显提高。结论林可霉素利多卡因凝胶联合西瓜霜喷剂,经济成本低,患者受益大,疗效直观、明显。Objective To investigate the efficacy of lincomycin lidocaine gel combined with watermelon frost spray in the chemotherapy drug- induced skin ulcers. Methods 16 patients with skin ulcers of chemotherapy drugs using the topical treatment of lincomycin lidocaine gel combined watermelon frost spray. Observe the efficacy of its skin infection. Results 16 cases of patients with skin ulcers healed without dysfunction, which quality of life improved significantly. Conclusion Lincomycin lidocaine combined with gel watermelon frost spray, with a benefit of low economic cost. It has the efficacy of intuitive and obvious advantages.
