摘　　要：目的探讨射波刀治疗肺癌的有效护理措施。方法对56例肺癌患者实施射波刀治疗前的宣教,治疗中的护理,治疗后并发症的观察与护理。结果 56例患者均顺利完成治疗,在实施有效护理措施后总有效率91.1%,取得较好效果,本组无并发症出现。结论精心的护理为射波刀治疗提供了有效的支持和保证,且无严重并发症发生。Objective To explore the effective nursing of Cyberknife in treatment of lung cancer. Methods A total of 56 lung cancer patients who received Cyberknife treatment were pro- vided with preoperative health education, intraoperative nursing and postoperative observations and nursing for complications. Results All patients successfully completed the treatment. The overall effectiveness rate was 91.1% after the implementation of effective nursing measures. No complica- tions were observed in the treatment group. Conclusion Careful nursing provides effective support and assures a successful Cyberknife treatment without serious complications.
