摘　　要：目的探讨小儿外科围术期护理对手术的影响。方法对患儿术前心理护理、术前准备、术后观察,以及医嘱执行等方面进行精心、有效、全面的护理。结果患儿手术过程顺利,术后无并发症。结论小儿外科围术期的全面护理,提高了手术的成功率,促进了小儿外科的手术发展。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on pediatric surgeries. Methods Preoperative psychological nursing, preoperative preparation, postoperative observation, and execution of medical orders were conducted in a careful, effective and comprehensive way. Re- sults All child patients had successful surgeries without postoperative complications. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of pediatric surgery in perioperative period can improve the success rate of the surgery, and promote the development of 10ediatric surgery.
