中西医结合介入治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合介入治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的应用价值。方法 68例急性下肢深静脉血栓患者均经血管超声及造影证实,所有急性下肢深静脉血栓患者均在置入下腔静脉滤器后,经插管溶栓治疗和采用活血化瘀、益气活血中药和溶栓抗凝等中西药治疗,采用自行设计的治疗效果量化测量表进行量化判定。结果治疗后1个月复查,临床治愈30例(44.12%),显效36例(52.94%),有效2例(2.94%)。总有效率为100%,未出现严重并发症。结论中西医结合介入治疗方法对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成有良效的效果,结合中医辨证论治综合治疗,可以提高疗效。Objective To explore the value of interventional therapy of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（ALEDVT）.Methods A total of 68 ALEDVT patients whose diagnoses were confirmed by sonography and angiography were enrolled in the study.All the ALEDVT patients underwent catheter-directed thrombolysis and the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine after insertion of inferior vena cava filter.The therapeutic efficacy was measured by a self-designed form.Results The results of the re-examination conducted one month later were as follows： totally recovered in 30 patients（44.12%）,obviously effective in 36（52.94%）,and effective in 2 patients（2.94%）.The overall cure rate was 100% with no serious complications.Conclusion Interventional therapy of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine has good effect on ALEDVT.It can greatly improve the efficacy.
