胫骨结节牵引治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨结节外展伸直牵引治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析胫骨结节外展伸直牵引治疗股骨粗隆间骨折。结果本组68例病例,除2例由于不遵医嘱,提早活动导致髋内翻,1例由于心脏并发症死亡外,其余均愈合良好,患肢功能恢复理想。优良率为95.6%。结论胫骨结节外展伸直牵引治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,适用于基层医院,经济实用,且有较高临床应用价值的骨折治疗方法,值得推广和使用。Objective To observe the efficacy the tibial tubercle outreach straight traction in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis of the tibial tubercle outreach straight traction for intertrochanteric fractures was conducted.Results One patient of the group did not follow doctor′s advice and moved early,which led to coax vara.Another patient died of cardiac complications.The limb functions of the rest patients had desirable recovery.The excellent rate reached 95.6%.Conclusion The tibial tubercle outreach straight traction for intertrochanteric fracture is particularly applicable to primary level hospitals with lower cost.It is worthy of clinical application.
