摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损的护理要点。方法通过回顾性分析使用负压封闭引流治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损60例,总结VSD术的护理要点。结果 VSD术治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损效果优良。结论密切的护理观察,及时发现和处理引流过程中出现的问题是VSD术护理的关键。Objective To investigate the nursing strategies for vacuum sealing drainage（VDS） in the treatment of skin and soft tissue defect.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to 60 patients with skin and soft tissue defect to summarize the nursing strategies for VSD technique.Results The VSD technique was very effective in the treatment of skin and soft tissue defect.Conclusion Close nursing observation,timely identifying and treatment to the problems in the course of drainage are the key points to VSD nursing.
