摘　　要：目的探讨复杂性肛瘘行切开挂线术后的中西医结合护理技术,以期减轻患者病痛、减少术后并发症、缩短疗程。方法对276例复杂性肛瘘行切开挂线的患者实施中西医结合护理。结果 255例治愈,治愈率达92.3%,平均住院17.8 d,患者满意度达97.7%。结论高质量的中西医护理是减轻病痛、减少并发症、缩短疗程、提高患者满意度的关键。Objective To explore the integrated nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to complex anal fistula after incision-thread-drawing surgery to relieve the pains of patients,reduce postoperative complications and shorten treatment duration.Methods A total of 276 complex anal fistula patients after incision-threat-drawing surgery were administered the integrated nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Results Among 276 patients,255 were cured with a cure rate of 92.3%.The average hospital stay was 17.8 days,and the patients′ satisfactoriness rate was 97.7%.Conclusion The quality integrated nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is key to alleviate sufferings,reduce complications,shorten treatment duration and improve patients′ satisfactoriness.
