济安舒能对外伤后拔甲术的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察济安舒能对外伤所致的甲床损伤后拔甲术患者创面护理及愈合的影响。方法按照数字随机法将外伤所致的甲床损伤患者分为2组,对照组常规换药,治疗组在常规换药的基础上加用济安舒能,在覆盖凡士林纱布前喷洒济安舒能,观察两组患者换药时的疼痛程度、甲床愈合时间及换药次数。结果治疗组患者换药时的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,甲床愈合时间及换药次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论济安舒能可减轻患者痛苦,更有利于促进甲床创面的愈合。Objective To observe the nursing and healing effect of Jianshuneng in patients whose nail beds are injured by external forces and who need nail - pulling operations. Methods Patients whose nail beds were injured by external forces were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received routine dressing. The treatment group received Jian- shuneng in addition to the routine dressing. The Jianshuneng was sprayed before vaseline gauze was covered. The degree of pain when the patients were dressed, the healing time of nail beds and the number of dressing changes were observed. Results The degree of pain in time of dressing was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group. The healing time of nail beds was shorter and the number of dressing was fewer in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion Jianshuneng can alleviate the suffering of patients and it is more conducive to the recovery of the nail beds.
