三亚市旅游服务标准化建设的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：作为全国旅游业改革创新的示范区，海南建设国际旅游岛已经上升为国家战略，海南旅游服务标准化的建设是国际旅游岛建设的必要条件，对促进海南旅游业的腾飞发展具有至关重要的意义。三亚作为全国首个创建旅游服务标准化的试点城市，为海南全省建设旅游服务标准化提供了丰富的经验和借鉴，同时，本文综合分析三亚旅游服务标准化建设的问题，以期为深入建设三亚旅游服务标准化开辟新的思路和策略。As the countrywide demonstration plot of innovation in the tourism industry, the construction of international tourism island in Hainan province has been the country strategy. And the tourism services standardization is the necessary requisite to realize the international tourism island. And which has great meaning for the quick development of Hainan tourism industry. Sanya is the first experimental city to establish the tourism services＇, standardization, and it offers rich experience and precedents for the construction of tourism services standardization in Hainan. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the problems of the construction of tourism services standardization in Sanya synthetically in the hope of opening up the new approach and strategies.
