摘　　要：目的:探讨多指离断致急性心应性反应的护理方法,总结护理体会。方法:对9例病人出现急性心应性反应采取相应的护理措施。结果:经过合理的护理措施和相应的心理护理,康复护理,使多指离断致急性心应性反应再植成功。结论:多指离断致急性心应性反应采取早期的心理干预是必要的。Objective： To explore multiple pointing away from the fault induced acute heart reaction nursing, nursing experience. Methods ： Nine patients with acute heart should response to adopt corresponding nursing measures. Results： After reasonable nursing measures and corresponding psychological nursing rehabilitation nursing, which refers to the number of broken heart reaction in- duced by acute successful replantation. Conclusion：Muhiple pointing away from the fault induced acute heart response to take early psychological intervention is necessary, can improve the success rate of replantation of amputated finger.
