摘　　要：伤寒副伤寒仍是部分国家比较严重的公共卫生问题,过去常常把这类疾病的传播途径混同于风险因素。本文对伤寒副伤寒暴发流行的风险因素做一综述,为伤寒副伤寒暴发流行采取有针对性的措施提供参考,也为查明暴发疫情的危险因素提供指示性线索。Typhoid and paratyphoid fevers are still a serious public health problem in some countries. People used to confuse the transmission routes of the diseases and their risk factors. This paper attempts to summarize the transmission risk factors of typhoid and paratyphoid fevers in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of typhoid and paratyphoid fevers outbreak and suggest the identification of transmission risk factors.
