摘　　要：目的探讨切开复位可塑性跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨关节内骨折患者29例共32足，采用手术切开复位并予可塑性跟骨钛钢板进行内固定，观察临床疗效。结果29例患者均获随访，按照MarylandFootScore系统进行术后功能评价，其中优21足、良9足、可2足，优良率93．7％。结论手术切开复位、可塑性钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一种有效可靠的治疗方法。Objective To study the application of open reduction and plasticity titanium plate in the treat- ment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 29 patients with sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ ealcaneal fracture were treated by surgery with open reduction and titanium plate fixation. The clinical effects were observed. Results All patients were followed by Maryland Foot score postoperative functional evaluation system ,the group of 29 cases of fracture, excellent 21 cases, good 9 cases, acceptable 2 cases, excellent rate was 93.7%. Conclusion The open reduction and internal fixa- tion with plastic titanic plate was reliable to treat displaced intra-articular fracture of calcaneus.
