美国核电厂氚泄漏事件地下水污染概况及防治对策

摘　　要：对美国核电厂近年来发生的氚泄漏事件进行统计和分析,概述了美国核电厂氚泄漏的特点、氚泄漏事件对环境的影响、及相关部门对氚泄漏事件的响应及对策,提出了我国核电厂在设计和运行中需关注及借鉴之处。The U.S. nuclear power plants＇ continued operation leads to the groundwater contamination attributable to tritium caused by leakage and spills of liquid radioactive wastes. Although leakage incidents would not cause incredible impact on the environment or the public, it still caused serious concern by the USNRC and the society. Based on the events occurred in recent years, this article analyze their causes, characteristics, and the environmental impacts. Also, some suggestions are presented for the design, construction and operation of the nuclear power plants in China.
