摘 要:采用60Coγ射线照射分别经深低温冷冻、冷冻干燥以及冷冻干燥复水方法处理的人皮质骨材料,检测皮质骨材料的压缩、剪切、弯曲与扭转力学性能,比较不同方法处理人皮质骨材料对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,与新鲜骨相比,深低温冷冻辐照处理的人皮质骨材料力学性能无显著变化,冷冻干燥辐照后皮质骨的压缩、剪切、扭转最大破坏力、破坏强度及弹性模量均显著增高,抗弯性能无显著变化,最大变形均减小;冷冻干燥辐照的皮质骨材料复水后,除最大变形外,其余力学性能变化不显著。Human cortical bone was deep-frozen and freeze-dried respectively, and then irradiated by 60 Co gamma ray. Biomechanical tests were pedormed in order to study the effect of different treatments on the biomechanical properties of human cortical bone. Results showed that no significant effect on biomechanical properties of cortical bone could be seen after deep-freezing and irradiation, compared to the fresh bone. While the max strength and elastic modulus of compression, shearing, and torsion showed significant increase after freeze-drying and irradiation, and there was no obvious change in bending properties. The max deformation of these four kinds of experiment decreased significantly. Rehydration could reinstate the biomechanical properties of freeze - dried irradiated bone, except for the max deformation.
