射频联合甘桔冰梅片治疗咽异感症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察低温等离子射频消融配合甘桔冰梅片治疗咽异感症的临床疗效。方法将156例咽异感症患者,随机分为两组,治疗组80例,对照组76例。结果治疗组总有效率88.75%,对照组总有效率78.95%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论采用低温等离子射频消融配合甘桔冰梅片联合治疗咽异感症,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of a combined therapy with coblation and ganjubingrneipian in treatment of pharyngeal paraesthesia. Methods 156 cases with pharyngeal paraesthesia were divided into 2 groups randomly. The curative effect between two groups was compared. Results The total effective of the treatment group was 88.75% and the control group was 78.95%. There were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion A combined therapy with coblation and ganjubingmeipian in treatment of pha- ryngeal is a better therapeutic method than, and it is deserved to be clinical practiced.
