摘  要:目的:建立白花油的质量标准。方法:用毛细管气相色谱法对白花油中的薄荷脑等5个成分进行鉴别,并用内标法测定薄荷脑含量。以聚乙二醇20M(PEG-20M)为固定液的弹性石英毛细管柱(15m×0.53mm×1.0mm),(必要时可分流进样),程序升温,初始温度80℃,保持6分钟,每分钟5℃升至160℃,保持2分钟。结果:含量测定方法研究表明,0.20~2.05g/ml的浓度范围内,Y=0.7907X-0.0107;r=0.9997,薄荷脑平均回收率100.7%,RSD2.0%。结论:该方法稳定可靠,为建立百花油质量标准提供充分依据。Objective: To establish a white flower oil quality standards. Methods : Capillary gas chromatography of white flowers such as menthol, oil of five components are identified, and used within the standard method of menthol content. With polyethylene glycol 20M ( PEG - 20M ) as stationary elastic quartz capillary column ( 15m × 0. 53mm × 1.0ram) ( if necessary, be diverted into the sample) , programmed temperature, the initial temperature of 80 ℃, stay at a- round 6 minutes,5℃ per minute up to 160 ℃, keep 2 minutes. Results: The assay method showed that in 0.20mg - 2.05g/ml concentration range. Y = 0. 7907X - 0. 0107 ;r = 0. 9997, average recovery of mthol 100.7% , RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion: This method is stable and reliable oil quality standards for the establishment of flowers provide a sufficient basis.
