胆道术后胆漏5例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胆道手术发生胆漏的原因、处理和预防措施。方法:回顾性分析近5年收治5例胆漏患者的临床资料,分析胆漏的诊断及处理方法。结果:3例经通畅引流痊愈。2例经再次手术治愈。结论:胆道手术后发生胆漏的原因是多方面的,胆漏的发生重在预防,处理手段应个体化、多元化综合应用。Purpose ： Explore the cause, treatment and preventive measures of the biliary leakage after the biliary surgery. Method： Retrospectively analyze the clinical materials of the 5 biliary leakage patients who received the treatment in our hospital in the past 5 years and analyze the diagnosis and treatment methods of the biliary leakage. Resuits：3 patients were healed through the adequate drainage. 2 patients were healed after receiving the operation once more. Conclusion ：There are many reasons for the occurrence of the biliary leakage after the biliary surgery. We should focus on taking precautions against the biliary leakage. The treatment measures should be individualized and diversified.
