达那唑治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察达那唑治疗慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）稳定期的疗效.方法 选择COPD 稳定期患者68 例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各34 例.对照组予常规治疗,治疗组予达那唑8～10mg/（kg · d）（≤ 0.4/d）,分3 次口服;治疗3 个月并随访1 年.比较肺功能、生活质量评分、1 年内再入院情况.结果 治疗组比对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 达那唑治疗COPD 稳定期患者能延缓肺功能下降速度,提高生活质量,降低1 年内再入院风险.Objeetive Observe effect of danazol on stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） . Methods 68 patients with stable stage of COPD were randomly divided into control and treatment group. 34 patients in control group were given foundational treatment, the other were given danazol 8-10mg/ （kg.d） （≤0.4/d） po 3 months and followed up one year. Pulmonary function and life quality, a：ad admission to hospital in one year were compared. Results Pulmonary function in 3 months and one year, life quality and admission to hospital in treatment group were improved significantly, which has statistically significant （P〈0.05） compared with control group. Conclusion Danazol slow decline rate c,f lung function, improve life quality and reduce admission to hospital in one year of stable stage of COPD.
