预见性护理对减少冠状动脉内支架置入术后并发症发生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对冠状动脉内支架置入术后患者实施预见性护理干预措施防止和减少术后并发症发生的护理效果。方法选择2010年6月至2010年12月60例STENT术患者设为对照组,术后实施常规护理;选择2011年1月至2011年6月60例STENT术患者设为干预组,术后实施预见性护理干预措施。比较两组患者术后并发症的发生率。结果干预组患者术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对冠状动脉内支架置入术后患者实施有效的预见性护理能够防止和减少术后并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。Objective Coronary artery stent placement patients after implementing the foresight nursing intervention measures to prevent and reduce postoperative complications of nursing effect. Methods Selection from June 2010 to December 2010 STENT in patients with 60 cases was set to the control group, the implementation of the convention nurses; choose from January 2011 to June 2011 STENT in patients with 60 cases was set to intervention group, postoperative nursing intervention measures implementation of foresight. Compare two groups of patients, the incidence of postoperative complications. Results Patients who underwent the intervention group the incidence of complications significantly lower than in control group （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Coronary artery patients after stent placement in the implementation of effective care can prevent and reduce the foresight of complication, and improve the success rate.
