拉西地平治疗代谢综合征高血压的观察

摘　　要：目的 观察拉西地平治疗代谢综合征高血压疗效及不良反应.方法 随机选择我院门诊和住院患者51 例,年龄38～67 岁代谢综合征高血压病患者,拉西地平（司乐平）4mg/ 片.起始剂量4mg,1 次/ 日.每天早餐前服用,疗程为6 周.结果 总有效率96%,显效84%,有效12%,无效4%.结论 拉西地平不良反应少,使用方便,价格合理,不影响血脂、血糖、胰岛素代谢.长效二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂值得在临床上推广.Objective To Study the curative and adverse effects of Lacidipine in metabolic syndrome （MS） hypertension. Methods A total of 51 patients with MS hypertension of 38-67 years old as samples, and thy took Lacidipine 4-8 mg/d, for 6 weeks. Results After treatment, 43 patients （84%） showed obviously released hypertension, 6 cases （12%） were effectual, 2 cases （4%） were ineffective. Total effective rate was 96%. Conclusion Lacidipine is highly effective in treating hypertension patients, and meanwhile, is of few adverse effects. The long acting dihydropyridine calcium antagonist will have good market prospects.
