摘  要:目的:建立一种离子色谱-电导检测方法,用于同时测定饮用水中13种阴离子含量。方法:选用Metrosep A Supp 5-250阴离子分析色谱柱、结合Metrosep A Supp 1 Guard保护柱,淋洗液为3.2 mmol/LNa2CO3-1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3,流速0.7 ml/min,进样100μl。结果:在一定的浓度范围内,各待测物线性关系良好(r>0.999),检出限低(0.0003 mg/L~0.0134 mg/L),采用高、中、低三个浓度加标回收,回收率在93%~104%间。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,一次进样能同时分离测定饮用水中13种阴离子,能满足我国现行的《生活饮用水卫生标准》水质检测的要求。Objective:To establish an ion chromatography-conductivity detection method for the simultaneous determination of 13 kinds of anion content in the drinking water.Methods: Metrosep A Supp 5-250 Anion analysis column and Metrosep A Supp 1 Guard column were employed with 3.2 mmol/L Na2CO3-1.0 mmol/L NaHCO3 as eluent,flow rate was 0.7 ml/min,injection was 100 μl.Results: Within a certain concentration range,all the analytes had a good linear relationship(r0.999),low detection limit(0.0003 mg/L~0.0134 mg/L),with high,medium and low concentrations of spiked recovery,recoveries were between 93%~104%.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,it can separate 13 anions in drinking water simultaneously in one injection and meet the test requirements of current "Hygienic standard for drinking water".
