摘 要:目的:建立化妆品中丙烯酰胺残留的固相萃取-衍生化-气相色谱分析方法。方法:化妆品中丙烯酰胺采用去离子水超声提取,高速离心过滤后固相萃取柱净化,溴化衍生后用乙酸乙酯萃取,经气相色谱电子捕获检测器检测。结果:方法的定量限为0.01 mg/kg,在0.05 mg/kg~0.2 mg/kg 3个添加水平范围内的回收率为78%~94.5%,精密度均小于10.4%。结论:该方法能满足化妆品中丙烯酰胺残留的检测要求。Objective:A comprehensive analytical method based on gas chromatography coupled with solid-phase extraction and derivatization has been developed for the determination of acrylamide residue in cosmetics.Methods: The acrylamide in cosmetics was extracted with water and cleaned up by centrifugal,solid-phase-extraction-column.2,3-DBPA was derived from the extracts through bromination,and extracted by liquid-liquid partition with ethyl acetate.The derivation was determined by GC-ECD.Results: The limit of quantification(LOQ) for acrylamide was 0.01 mg/kg.The mean recoveries were 78%~94.5% at the spiked levels of 0.05 mg/kg~0.2 mg/kg with RSD less than 10.4%.Conclusion: The method is suitable for the determination of acrylamide in cosmetics.
