摘 要:目的:建立水质中总氰化物的流动注射分析法。方法:采用FSIV+型流动注射仪,水样通过紫外消解和160℃蒸馏从氰复合物中释放出来,释放出来的HCN与三水氯胺-T在pH小于8的条件下反应转化为氯化氢,然后与吡啶-巴比妥酸反应生成红色复合物,在570 nm处进行检测。结果:方法的相关性好(r>0.9990,n=6),标准及样品测定的相对标准偏差均<5%,检出限为0.97μg/L(EPA论证值),回收率范围:87.%~105%。结论:方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,结果令人满意。Objective:To establish a method for detection of total cyanide in water by flow injection.Methods: In this study,FSIV+ Flow Injection was selected.The sample was decomposed in an acidic medium by UV-blight.The hydrogen cyanide was separated by on-line distillation at 160℃.Then the HCN reacted with chloramine T trihydrate while pH≤8 to produce hydrogen chloride,which reacted with pyridine-barbituric acid to give a red complex for detection at wavelength of 570 nm.Results: This method had a good correlation(r0.9990,n=6),the RSD% of standards and samples were both less than 5%.The spike recovery rate in samples was between 87% and 105% and the method detection limit was 0.97 μg/L.Conclusion: The method is rapid,accurate and highly sensitive.The results are satisfactory.
