摘 要:目的:了解宁波市手足口病重症病例的病原学类型,为本地区手足口病的综合防制提供参考资料。方法:收集2010年-2011年医院临床诊断为手足口病重症病例的粪便标本,应用RT-PCR技术检测肠道病毒通用型(EV)、肠道病毒71型(EV71)、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxA16)。结果:171例手足口病重症病例中,EV71型病毒占81.28%,CoxA16型病毒占1.75%,其他肠道病毒占16.96%;5月-7月为高发月份,1岁组重症病例最多,重症病例人群男性高于女性(1.76∶1)。结论:EV71型是宁波地区手足口病重症病例的主要致病病毒类型,其流行具有明显的年龄、季节界限。Objective:To learn the etiological characteristics of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) in Ningbo,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and management policy of this disease.Methods: Fecal specimens were collected from patients who were diagnosed as severe HFMD in 2010 and 2011.RT-PCR was employed to detect general enterovirus,EV71 and CoxA16 in these specimens.Results: The proportion of EV71,CoxA16 and other enterovirus were 81.28%,1.75% and 16.96% in 171 severe HFMD cases;The high-occurrence months were from May to July.Most severe cases were found in 1-year-old group.Male severe cases were more than female cases(1.76∶ 1).Conclusion: EV71were the major pathogens of severe HFMD in Ningbo,and the prevalence had obvious age and season limit.
