暗娼人群安全套使用情况及HIV/TP/HCV感染状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解玉林市暗娼人群安全套使用和HIV/TP/HCV感染情况,为控制和预防艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝的蔓延提供科学依据。方法:对本市区内在美容美发店、宾馆、浴场等场所从事卖淫活动的暗娼进行相关调查和检测。结果:在调查的400名暗娼中,艾滋病基本常识方面,知晓率最高为89.75%,最低为59.50%;安全套使用方面,最近一个月,暗娼人群每次均使用率77.00%;最近一次安全套使用率95.25%。HIV检出率为1.25%,TP检出率为8.75%,HCV检出率为1.25%。结论:暗娼是STD患病率较高的人群且安全套使用率低,在性乱人群中开展性病艾滋病基本预防知识的宣传教育,推广安全套的使用,对控制HIV/TP的传播蔓延有十分重要的意义。Objective：To gain general knowledge of HIV/TP/HVC infections and condom use conditions among prostitutes in Yulin city,and provide information for further intervention and control of HIV/TP/HCV.Methods： A total of 400 prostitutes that worked in service institutes such as barber′s shops,hotels and bath cities received medical examination and correlative research.Results： Of the 400 prostitutes,the awareness of AIDS related knowledge were from 59.50% to 89.75%.The usage rate of condom in every sex encounters with client in the latest month was 77.00%.The usage rate of condom in the last sex encounters with client was 95.25%.HIV positive rate was 1.25%,TP positive rate was 8.75% and HCV positive rate was 1.25%.Conclusion： Prostitutes are at high risk of STD and their condom utilizing rates are low.To carry out basic STD/HIV preventive education and condom utilization in sexually confusing people will play significant role in HIV/TP control.
