摘　　要：结合目前即将启动的新一轮电价改革,就其中可能涉及的有关问题从输配电价制定、上网竞价、终端市场定价、涨价因素消化、电价补贴5个方面进行了探讨,并提出了合理确定输配电价、做好上网电价管理、逐步理顺销售侧电价、缓解电价交叉补贴问题、加快电力法律法规修订等建议。Considering that the new round of electricity pricing reform is about to be implemented, this paper investigates some problems involved in the reform, particularly in the formulation of the power transmission price, on-grid bidding, setting of the end market price, digestion of the price raise factors, and electricity price subsidies. On this basis, the paper proposes some constructive suggestions including reasonable power transmission pricing, proper on-grid electricity pricing management, gradual straightening out of the electricity price at the sales side, reduction of cross-subsidies on electricity price, and speeding up of the revision of related laws and regulations in the power sector.
