摘　　要：结合"十一五"期间输变电工程建设情况,通过对近千个电网工程造价数据进行统计分析,从大容量主变应用、一期多台主变变电站数量、变电站高压侧出线规模、GIS变电工程数量、户内站数量、单位容量全站建筑面积、平均单站容量主控综合楼面积、大截面导线应用、同塔双回应用、钢管塔(杆)应用、高强钢应用的变化情况等方面,研究分析了"十一五"期间输变电工程技术路线调整对电网工程造价的影响。Taking into account the actual conditions of the construction of power transmission ＆ transformation projects in ＂the 11^th Five-year Plan＂ period and starting from an in-depth statistical analysis of the cost of hundreds of power grid projects, this paper studies what impacts the adjustment of the technical routine exerted on the construction cost of power grid projects over the period of ＂the 11^th Five-year Plan＂. The impacts were discussed specifically in relation to the application of large-capacity transformers, the number of substations with multiple transformers in one construction phase, the scale of the feeding-out at the high voltage side, the number of GIS substation projects, the number of indoor stations, substation construction area occupancy per unit capacity, control building area for average single-substation capacity, and application of large cross-section conductors, double circuit transmission lines, steel towers （poles） and high-strength steel application.
