摘　　要：知识管理体系是组织内外部知识链管理活动的整合。结合电力企业特点,阐述了电力生产人员知识管理体系的总体框架,论述了知识管理平台建设方案,认为通过构建生产人员知识管理体系有助于提高电力企业安全生产水平。The knowledge management system is an integration of internal and external organizations＇ knowledge-chain management activities. Based on the electric power enterprises＇ characteristics, this paper analyzes the overall framework of the power production personnel＇s knowledge management system, and discusses the building schemesof knowledge management platform. It＇s concluded that establishment of the production personnel＇s knowledge management system can help improve the safety production level of electric power enterprises.
