摘 要:数字化工厂仿真基于离散事件建模、3D几何建模、可视化仿真与优化等新技术实现对工厂静态布局、动态物流过程等综合仿真和分析,从而能够先建立数字化的生产系统甚至全部工厂,依据既定工艺进行运行仿真。数字化仿真克服了传统生产系统设计存在困难和问题,将成为生产系统规划的重要辅助手段之一,已在重机、汽车、船舶等多个行业得到应用。本文在阐述数字化工厂与数字化工厂仿真等概念的基础上,给出数字化工厂仿真的实施流程与内容,并以结合一个真实案例描述数字化工厂仿真的实施与效果。The digital factory simulation, which based on the discrete event modeling, 3-D geometric modeling, visual simulation and optimization computing method, can he used for simulating the factory's static layout, dynamical logistics process, and the operation process. The digital factory simulation can overcome the difficulties of conventional manufacturing designing method, it has been widely used in many areas such as heavy machinery manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, ship building. In this paper, the concept of digital factory and digital factory simulation are proposed. The objectives and process for caNTing out are also discussed. A real application case of digital factory simulation in a real case is given to verify the process and the simulation results.
