摘 要:2010年9月对大渡河河口水域的主河道、左汊河道、峨嵋河、青衣江浮游动物进行调查。结果表明,浮游动物92属、165种,平均密度376.19个/L,平均生物量0.0604mg/L;不同水域浮游动物密度、生物量及群落特征的比较可见,峨嵋河>青衣江>左汊河道>主河道,各水域浮游动物种类的相似度较低。聚类分析将大渡河河口31个点聚合为大渡河主河道和左汊河道、青衣江、峨眉河3大类群;分析了水环境与浮游动物群落特征的相关性,温度是重要的影响因素。浮游动物在水域生态系统的物质循环与能量流动中占有重要地位,是水生生物的重要组成部分,也是河流生态恢复重要的评价指标之一。In September 2010, the investigation on communi stem and left branch of Dadu River, Emei River, and Qingyi ty structure of zooplankter was carried out in the main River. The study found out 165 categories of 92 genera of zooplankter. The average density and average biomass of the zooplankter were 376. 19 ind./L and 0. 0604 mg/L respectively. In terms of the density water areas, the results showed that Emei River 〉 , biomass and characteristics of community structure in different Qingyi River 〉 left branch of Dadu River 〉 main stem of Dadu River and there was a low similarity among the categories of zooplankter in different water areas. The cluster analysis indicated that 31 sampling stations of the Dadu River Estuary were grouped into three categories, including the main stem and left branch river of Dadu River, Qingyi River, Emei River. The relevance between the water environment and characteristics of community structure of zooplankter was analyzed, which concluded that temperature was an important influencing factor. Zooplankter, playing a critical role in the material circulation and energy flow in the water ecological environment, is an important component of aquatic organism in rivers and a vital assessing indicator for river ecological restoration.
