摘  要:目的建立电感藕合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法检测中药材菊花中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、锑(Sb)、锡(Sn)、铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、钡(Ba)、锰(Mn)、铊(Tl)、银(Ag)、铍(Be)、镝(Dy)、铝(Al)16种元素含量的方法。方法微波消解法制备供试品,全定量法采集数据。结果 16种元素标准曲线线性关系良好,所有元素的线性相关系数(r)都大于0.9995,检出限在0.002~0.455μg·kg-1之间,各元素回收率在84%~107%之间,RSD<5%。结论方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于中药材菊花中有害元素的测定。Objective To establish a method for resident determination of 16 kinds of harmful metal elements including Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Sb,Sn,Cr,Ni,Ba,Mn,Tl,Ag,Be,Dy,Al in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods By way of microwave digestionm of sample preparation,we collected the data by the quantitative method.Results The validated method indicated that the correlative coefficients(r) for all elements were above 0.9995.The limits of detections were in the range of 0.002 to 0.455 μg·kg-1.The recoveries of the elements were between 84% and 107% with RSD below 5%.Conclusion The proposed method was simple,fast,sensitive and accurate,which was suitable for resident determination of 16 kinds of harmful metal elements in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.
