摘 要:目的调查分析我院门诊处方的规范性及合理用药情况。方法随机抽取我院2011年6月份门诊处方共34530张。根据《处方管理办法》、《处方点评管理规范》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》对处方进行评价分析。结果合格处方33563张,合格率为97.20%;不合格处方967张,不合格率为2.80%。在不合格处方中,不规范处方有318张,占不合格处方的32.89%;不合理用药处方有649张,占不合格处方的67.11%。结论我院门诊处方合格率符合三级甲等医院处方质量要求,但仍存在一些问题。应进一步加强监管。Objective To analyse the normalization and rationality of the prescription of our out-patient department.Methods We sampled randomly 34530 prescriptions of our hospital on June in 2011,we analysed the prescriptions according to the "Management Methods of Prescriptions","Comments and Regulations of Prescriptions" and "Guiding Principle for Clinical Use of Antibiotics".Results Qualified prescription were 33563(97.20%) and unqualified ones were 967(2.80%)respectively;in unqualified prescriptions,ill-formed ones were 318(32.89%) and the prescription that isn’t reasonable to use a medicine were 649(67.11%) respectively.Conclusion The qualified rate of prescription in our hospital meets the requirements of Class A Grade three hospital,but still exist some problems.Consequently,we should strengthen the monitoring and supervision and improve the qualification of the prescription.
