摘　　要：目的评价我院盐酸二氢埃托菲舌下含片在住院患者(简称"住诊")的应用状况,以提高该药物应用的合理性。方法收集我院2010年1～12月住诊盐酸二氢埃托菲舌下含片处方,按《新编药物学》(16版)规定的日剂量及说明书约定日剂量(DDD)分析用药频度,对该药品用药数量和用药频度进行逐月统计分析。结果用药频度(DDDs)居首位的是5～6月,药物利用度(DUI)基本不变。结论我院盐酸二氢埃托菲舌下含片在住诊的使用情况不合理。通过干预及加强管理后防止了滥用。Objective To evaluate the hydrochloric acid dihydro Ai Tuofei hospital inpatient sublingual tablets in the application of conditions to improve the rationality of the drug application.Methods From hospital in January 2010 to December dihydro Ai Tuofei inpatient sublingual tablets hydrochloride prescription,according to the ＂New Pharmacology＂（16th edition） requirements and specifications stipulated daily dose daily dose（DDD） Analysis DDDs,the number of pharmaceutical drugs and medication monthly frequency for statistical analysis.Results The first place of frequency of drug use（DDDs） is 5 to 6 months,drug utilization（DUI） will remain basically unchanged.Conclusion The hospital-dihydro-Ai Tuofei hydrochloride sublingual tablets in use of inpatient unreasonable,through the intervention,after strengthening the management to prevent the abuse.
