摘　　要：目的建立静脉用药调配中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service,简称PIVAS)科学的质量管理指导原则。方法设置监控指标,定期进行检查,在PIVAS质量管理实践中进行总结分析。结果提出了PIVAS质量管理指导原则及实施要点。结论在PIVAS内实行科学的质量管理可以有效提高医疗服务水平,保障临床用药安全。Objective To establish scientific quality management systems for Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service （PIVAS）. Methods By way of setting monitor targets and inspecting regularly, we did summarization and analysis during the PIVAS quality management practice. Results Systems on PIVAS quality management and key points on the implementation of PIVAS quality management are suggested. Conclusion The implementation of scientific quality management can improve the standards of medical services effectively and ensure safety in the use of drugs for patients.
