摘  要:为了获得高效、低成本的NOx脱除技术,在一管式石英反应器上对使用尿素溶液作为还原剂、甲烷作为再燃燃料的先进再燃过程进行了实验研究,结果表明:①随着再燃区过量空气系数α2的增加,AR过程的最佳脱硝温度(topt)先升高而后再降低,最高温度出现在α2=1.0左右,R=2.0时最佳脱硝温度可高达约1 250℃;②AR最佳脱硝效率在α2=1.13附近达到极大值,即还原剂宜喷入弱氧化性气氛中为合适,R=1.5时最佳脱硝效率即高达约90.7%;③AR过程在取得高脱硝效率的同时可以有效控制尾部的NH3泄漏,相对于NH3而言HNCO需要更高的温度才能促使其消亡;④AR过程的N2O排放只在1~2个实验温度点时才明显出现,同时N2O排放量也相对较低。Experimental research on DeNOx characteristics of advanced rebuming (AR) using urea solution as nitrogen reductant and methane as reburn fuel was carried out in a quartz tube reactor in order to acquire the technology with high DeNOx efficiency and low cost. The experimental results showed: (l)With the increase of reburn zone excessive air coefficient (a2), the optimum DeNO~ temperature of AR process (toot) raised first and fell later, the highest value of topt achieved when a2 was around 1.0, and the optimum DeNOx temperature could be up to about 1 250 ℃ as the ratio of ammonia to nitrogen in the feed (R) was 2.0; (2)The optimal DeNOx efficiency of AR process got to the peak as a2 was about 1.13, namely the reductant had better be injected to zone under weak oxidizing atmosphere, the optimal DeNOx efficiency reached up to 90.7 % as R=1.5; (3)The Nit3 slip could be controlled effectively when AR process obtained high DeNOx efficiency, and the much higher temperature was needed to make the HNCO slip almost be zero with respect to NH3; (4)The evident N20 emission of AR process appeared only one or two experiment temperature points, and it's emission amount was also relatively lower.
