摘  要:为提高电厂锅炉安全、经济运行水平,对跃进二电厂大修后的#1锅炉进行冷、热态运行调整试验。试验结果表明:一二次风机总风量、总风压、布风板阻力特性均达到设计要求,锅炉平均效率比锅炉出厂设计效率(86.5%)高出1%~3%,达到了改造预期效果。锅炉在一二次风量配比6:4左右,含氧量保持低于3%,满负荷运行时热效率最高。In order to improve the power plant boiler safety and the level of the economic operation, carry out the cold and hot state operation adjustment test on the #1 boiler after overhaul of the Yuejin No.2 Power Plant. The test results show that a second fan total volume air, the total wind pressure, the distribution board resistance characteristics can meet the design requirements and the boiler efficiency is I% to 3% higher than the boiler factory design efficiency (86.5%) on average, the transformed boiler can achieve the desired results. The boiler should control PA/SA volume ratio about 6:4 or so and make the oxygen levels fall below 3% as the thermal efficiency is highest when keep the boiler in full load operation.
