摘 要:某新建机组在调试期间满负荷运行时尾部烟道发生剧烈振动,直接影响了机组的安全运行。经过深入分析,判断为烟气流速与管排之间的某种频率产生共振导致,将声驻波频率和管排卡门涡流脱落频率对额定负荷下的设计参数进行计算,得到部分管排处于共振区域,且实际测量的振幅与声学振动计算分析所得到的振动区域相吻合。于是调节烟气挡板,破坏其共振,尾部烟道振动消失,消除了振动给机组带来的危害,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。A new unit suffered violent vibration of tail flue when it was operating at full load during the commissioning phase and the vibration directly affected its safe operation. After analysis, the vibration came to be the results of a resonance between the frequency of gas flow rate and tube arrays. Using the design parameters under rated load, the acoustic standing-wave frequency and shedding frequency of Karman vortex is calculated. It is found that part of the tube arrays were in resonance areas and the vibration area was consistent between the actual measurement of amplitude and the acoustic vibration analysis. Therefore, the gas damper is adjusted and the resonance is eliminated. With no resonance, the tail flue was free of vibration, thus we eliminated the damage on the unit and ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit.
