摘 要:针对传统CNG车载瓶加工缺少数控专机造成大质量CNG车载瓶加工质量较差和生产效率低下等技术问题,将基于移置式多轴机床的旋风切削、基于图像反馈的刀具切削路径误差补偿、面向绿色切削的雾化冷却技术等进行组合应用,开发了CNG车载瓶端部机械加工柔性组合机床,实现了高速平稳切削,快速可靠换刀,自适应性补偿缺陷,高效环保的刀具冷却。结果表明,组合机床的应用使得CNG车载瓶加工技术的自动化程度、加工精度和生产效率都得到了明显提高。The lack of special CNC machining for CNG bottle's bottom caused poor quality and in- efficient production. So a new modular machine tool control system with image-based feedback was used to identify and compensate the tool path errors. By using whirlwind turning technology, the problem that the large-sized cyclone CNG cylinders should be rotate in the low-speed can be solved. For solving the problem that various processes brought to the layout of the machine tool spindle and the time-consuming between processes,a layout with a shift multi-axis tool's change was introduced. With these technologies applied in the modular machine,it can achieve smooth and high-speed cutting, fast and reliable tools' shift, and self- adaptive compensation for feed, effective tools' cooling, flexible and environmental machine. The results show that the automation,accuracy and efficiency of the machine tools have improved significantly for machining of CNG bottle's bottom.
