摘　　要：本电阻电容电感测试仪以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,通过测量频率来间接测量电阻器的阻值、电容器的容量和电感器的电感量,并对测试数据和测试结果进行保存记录,可调出最近十次的测量结果并显示测试的时间、元件类型、参数;所有测量的量程均能自动转换量程,并显示相应的提示语句。The designed instrument for resistance, capacitance, and inductance takes AT89S52 as the control core. The resistance, capacitance or inductance is measured indirectly by testing the frequency. The measured data and results can be stored in the core. Moreover, the last ten testing results could be recalled, and the testing time, the component types and parameters can be displayed. All of the testing ranges can be changed automatically, and the corresponding words would be displayed simultaneously.
