摘　　要：中国与东盟已在经济安全、打击恐怖主义以及公共卫生安全等非传统安全领域展开了积极合作。但是CAFTA框架下的中国-东盟非传统安全合作领域还存在待拓宽、合作的渠道还不够畅通、现有的合作机制不够完善、常设性合作机构存在缺失等问题。因此,深化CAFTA框架下的非传统安全合作,共同应对各种非传统安全的挑战,构建更为和谐的双边及多边关系,是中国-东盟目前亟待解决的问题。China and ASEAN have developed a positive cooperation in non-traditional security fields such as economic security, fighting against terrorism and public health security. But there are still some im- provements to be made in the field of non-traditional security cooperation under the framework of CAFTA. The improvements should concern the following aspects. Firstly, the cooperation field needs to be broad- ened. Secondly, the cooperation channels are not smooth enough. Thirdly, the existing cooperation mech- anism is not adeqate enough. Fourthly, there is a lack of permanent cooperation agencies, and so on. Therefore, the problems demanding prompt solution of China-ASEAN at the present state are. deepening the cooperation on non-traditional security issues under the framework of CAFTA, coping with the chal- lenges of various non-traditional security issues jointly and setting up more harmonious bilateral and multi- lateral relationships.
