摘 要:目的:了解湖州市2005-2010年其他感染性腹泻的流行特点,为其他感染性腹泻的防控提供科学依据。方法:收集中国疾病控制信息系统"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"中2005-2010年湖州市其他感染性腹泻的病例报告,对其进行描述性统计分析。结果:2005-2010年湖州市共报告其他感染性腹泻49 175例,年平均发病率287.62/10万,实验室诊断病例占24.74%,发病高峰在每年的7-8月份和10-11月份。3岁以上婴幼儿报告发病数最多,占报告发病总数的42.90%。报告的实验诊断病例中,轮状病毒所占比重最大。结论:湖州市2005-2010年其他感染性腹泻以3岁以下儿童轮状病毒性腹泻为主,应高度重视对儿童轮状病毒腹泻防治工作的管理与投入力度。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the reported infectious diarrhea in Huzhou city from 2005 to 2010,then to provide scientific evidence for making strategies and measures of the disease control.Methods The data of infectious diarrhea(other than cholera,dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid) cases reported in Huzhou during 2005-2010 were retrieved from Chinese Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention,and descriptive statistics were used to describe epidemiological characteristics of the reported infectious diarrhea.Results A total of 49175 cases of infectious diarrhea were reported from 2005 to 2010,and the average annual incidence was 287.62 per 100 thousand.Laboratory diagnosis cases among the total reported cases accounted for 24.74%.The peak times were from July to August and October to November.Children below 3 years old accounted for 42.90% of the total reported infectious diarrhea cases.Rotavirus diarrhea accounted for the majority of laboratory diagnosis cases.Conclusion Rotavirus diarrhea of children below 3 years old accounted for the majority of reported infectious diarrhea cases in Huzhou from 2005 to 2010,and more attention should be paid to children rotavirus diarrhea control and prevention.
