摘　　要：目的探讨遥测心电监护对变异型心绞痛的诊断价值及临床意义。方法分析遥测心电监护实时监测记录的13例变异型心绞痛发作期心电图。结果 13例患者发病时心电图均伴一过性ST段抬高,幅度3~15mm,持续时间2~15min,有2例表现为巨＂R波＂型抬高,1例合并缺血性J波,1例合并继发性QT间期缩短,6例伴不同类型心律失常。13例患者经及时处理均未发展为心肌梗死。结论遥测心电监护可实时观测变异型心绞痛发病时的心电图改变,对观察病情变化、及时治疗以及减少严重心脏事件有十分重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of telemetry cardiogram monitor in patients with vasospastic angina. Methods The telemetry cardiograms during angina episodes of thirteen patients with vasospastic angina were analyzed. Result All angina episodes were accompanied with a 2-15mm ST-segment elevation by 3-15min, 2with a ＂R＂ wave elevation, 1 with a ischemic J wave,1 with a shortened QT interval and 6 with different arrhythmias. All 13 patients were protected from acute myocardial infarction after timely treatment. Conclusion Telemetry cardiogram monitor can be used for real-time monitoring of electrocardiogram changes of patients with vasospastic angina and is of great clinical Value for condition observation, timely treatment and lesseninz of severe heart attacks.
