摘　　要：目的进一步探讨平板运动试验阳性改变诊断冠心病的临床意义。方法对116例平板运动试验阳性改变者,择期行冠状动脉造影检查。结果 116例患者中冠状动脉造影异常者81例(69.82%)。结论平板运动试验阳性改变在冠心病诊断中具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical significant of the positive results in the treadmill exercise test of 116 patients, with the confirmation of percutaneous coronary angiography. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with positive results in the treadmill exercise test had the percutaneous coronary angiography in the selected time. Results There were 81 （69.82%） patients had abnormal changes in the percutaneous coronary angiography. Conclusion The result of treadmill exercise test is helpful in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
