摘 要:以硫酸、草酸和磷酸分别作为电解液,利用电化学法制备了阳极氧化铝模板(AAO).实验发现,电解液成分的不同对模板的孔径和有序度影响很大.硫酸电解液制备的AAO模板孔径最小,孔洞有序度较高,孔密度最大,磷酸电解液制备的AAO模板孔径最大,有序度较差,孔密度最小,而且孔道中出现了Y型的分叉.实验中改进了去除AAO模板背面阻挡层的方法,有效地解决了浸泡方法对模板表面腐蚀严重的问题.实验总结了不同电解液制备AAO模板较佳的实验条件.Anodic alumina template (AAO) were prepared by electrochemical methods in sulfuric acid, oxalic acid and phosphoric acid solution respectively. It was found that the different electrolyte have a great influence on the pore diameter and degree of order of AAO templates. The pore diameter of AAO templates prepared in sulfuric acid solution was the smallest, but has higher order and hole density. The pore diameter of AAO templates prepared in phosphoric acid solution was the big- gest, but has poorer order and lower hole density, and showed fork of Y shape in the AAO template. An improved method was applied in removing barrier layer in the back of AAO, which solved the problem of surface etched in the soaking process. The better experimental conditions were summarized for different electrolyte.
