摘  要:在缓冲液HAc-NaAc(pH=3.85)中盐酸吡硫醇可与刚果红络合生成颜色与刚果红不同的络合物,且络合物在576nm处有最大吸收,基于此建立了测定盐酸吡硫醇含量的新方法.盐酸吡硫醇浓度在0.1~45mg.L-1范围内与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系.回归方程为ΔA=0.00 618+0.02 216C(mg.L-1),线性相关系数R=0.999 7,检出限为0.03mg.L-1.该方法简便、快速、选择性好、灵敏度高,用于药物中盐酸吡硫醇的测定,测定结果与药典方法一致.In the HAc-NaAc buffer medium(pH 3.85), congo red(CR) bound rapidly with pyritinol hydrochloride at room temperature to form a complex, having an absorption maximum at 576 nm. The optimum reaction conditions were studied, and a new method for the determination of pyritinol hydrochloride was developed based on this binding reaction. Linearity was kept in the range 0. 1--45 mg.L-1 with a detection limit of 0.03 mg.L-1. The linear regression equation is AA: 0. 006 18+0. 022 16 C(mg.L-1), with a linear correlation of 0. 999 7. The proposed method, which is simple, rapid, stable and of good selectivity and high sensitivity, has been applied to determine pyritinol hydrocbloride in pharmaceuticals. The results were compared with those obtained by pharmacopoeia method with satisfactory.
